Keda/Potency KMS810 Anchor Cable Installation Vehicle is an innovative piece of specialized equipment that has been developed for the directional installation of anchor cables in soft rock and large deformation tunnels, such as those found in the Muzhailing Tunnel.
This state-of-the-art equipment has been jointly developed with the owner, the research team of Southwest Jiaotong University, and the construction party China Railway Tunnel Bureau. Keda/Potency KMS810 Anchor Cable Installation Vehicle seamlessly integrates key processes such as drilling, anchoring agent installation and mixing, anchor cable feeding, pre-tensioning, and measurement, and grouting.
As the first equipment of its kind in China, it has proved to be an effective solution for the installation of anchor cables in large deformation tunnels.

Anchor Cable Installation System
A unique rock drilling propulsion structure is used to achieve the feeding and mixing functions of anchor cables. To improve the system, an auxiliary feeding device is designed that can perform simultaneous feeding and mixing actions. This makes the process more efficient than ever before.
Mixing Work Stroke
The mixing work stroke measures 2 meters, making it easy to install anchor cables in even the most challenging environments. With this improved system, workers can quickly and safely install anchor cables in areas that might have been difficult to access in the past.
