The Keda/Potency KMS810 Anchor Cable Installation Vehicle is a specialized equipment that has been developed for the directional installation of anchor cables. It will be used in the soft rock and large deformation tunnel of Muzhailing Tunnel. This equipment is designed to make the installation of anchor cables easier and more efficient in challenging tunnel environments.

The Keda/Potency KMS810 Anchor Cable Installation Vehicle has been developed through a collaborative process that involved the owner, the research team of Southwest Jiaotong University, and the construction party China Railway Tunnel Bureau. This joint effort has ensured that the equipment has been designed to meet the specific needs of the project, including drilling, anchoring agent installation and mixing, anchor cable feeding, pre tensioning and measurement, and grouting.

The Keda/Potency KMS810 Anchor Cable Installation Vehicle is an innovative solution for the installation of anchor cables in large deformation tunnels. It is the first equipment in China that is specifically designed for this purpose. The equipment will ensure that the anchor cables are installed with precision, speed, and safety, minimizing the risks associated with tunnel construction and increasing efficiency.

Anchor cable installation system:
The anchor cable installation system utilizes a rock drilling propulsion structure to achieve the feeding and mixing functions of anchor cables. To further improve the system's efficiency, an auxiliary feeding device has been developed and designed that can perform simultaneous feeding and mixing actions.
The anchor cable installation system has an impressive mixing work stroke of 2 meters, meaning that it can achieve a range of 2 meters during the mixing process. The system's propulsion speed during anchor cable mixing is 3m/min, ensuring that it can quickly and efficiently complete the installation process.
The anchor cable mixing rotation speed is equal to or greater than 300 rpm. This ensures that the system can effectively mix and distribute the materials, creating a stable and robust foundation for the anchor cables.

Applications:
Rock Drilling System:
The rock drilling system is designed for foot locking, advanced small conduit and system anchor rod work scenarios. It has a drilling diameter range of 33-64mm and capable of drilling depth up to 4.5m with a speed of 1-1.5m/min.
Arm System:
The arm system features a folding and telescopic structure. It has an automatic leveling mechanism for the forearm, and can reach a maximum working height of 12m with a homework width of 15m.
Engineering Chassis:
The engineering chassis is equipped with four-wheel drive and has a maximum climbing ability of up to 22°, with a maximum walking speed of up to 20km/h. It also has four-wheel steering, which allows for a minimum turning radius of 3m on the inner side and 6m on the outer side.
